Bungalows are very clean and nice bright decor. The use of the tennis courts on site was good (although the surfaces are a cracked and the nets, although acceptable, are not perfect). Good basic food is available at the restaurant on site and is very reasonably priced. The free wifi is good but is only available around the reception area and maybe in some of the bungalows close to reception. There is a local hotspot that can be picked up from some of the other bugalows that costs around 6 euros for a day or 20 euros for a week's connection.
The bungalows all face different directions and so have sun on their terraces at different times of the day, some morning, some afternoon....some are south facing though and get the sun all day, but a few of the bungalows have concrete canopies jutting out over the their terrace so get very litlle sun at all. The onsite restaurant closes relatively early at 8.30.

The pool area was nice and had a comfortable temperature. The staff were helpful and attentive. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the dunes and a supermarket nearby. The bungalows had a nice outside patio area with table and chairs. The room service was good and the safe deposit box was spacious. The on-site tennis courts were a plus.
The second bedroom for children was small and lacked storage space. Accessing the nicer beaches in Maspalomas required a long walk or driving to the lighthouse area.

The staff were amazing and couldn't have been any more helpful. Juan on reception was a gentlemen and great to deal with. Inma who was restaurant manager was amazing and she really was the star of the hotel. We got them gifts before we left to say thanks for the great memories.
Nothing to complain about which really is a first for me!

Extremely quiet in the annexe part of the resort ; staff was very nice; each bungalow is very comfortable - we cooked our breakfast everyday using the kitchen most of the time.
Clients are mostly German couples over 40s - not the best place to meet other young people

Very family oriented and get all the facilities for babies in the bungalow: cot bed, baby bath tube, high chair. The reasonable number of bungalows and the way the "campound" is built doesn't make you feel in a mass tourist area. Bungalows located in a quiet residential area. Bungalows are very close-by the beach and the commercial center Cita where there are 3 supermarkets. Food at the pool is ok, diversified (pizzas/pastas but also fish, meat, eggs, snacks) and reasonably priced.
It works with several Dutch and German travel agencies such as Neckerman or Thui, therefore you can feel being in Netherlands or Germany rather than in Spain.

We had a fantastic stay at Mur Bungalows Parque Romantico for 5 days. The air con in the bungalows was a lifesaver during the heatwave. The bungalows were cute and comfortable, and the staff were amazing - from the kitchen to the reception, bar, and room attendants. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping center, dunes, and beach. The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed, and the restaurant food was great and reasonably priced. We can't wait to come back!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
